Helping children with migraine headaches

Watching a child suffer is a very hard experience to deal with. As parents we want to protect our children as much as possible and help them in any way we can. This is especially true with migraine headaches since these afflictions are often very painful and hard to deal with even for an adult. As a parent of a child with migraines the only thing you can do to provide migraine treatment is have patience, help them recognize the symptoms, and keep them as relaxed as possible until the headache goes away.
