Lose 30 lbs As Fast As Possible

You can lose 30 pounds in 3 months. Some can even make it in less! The key to losing 30 lbs is discipline and sticking to the program day in and day out.

Here are some great weight loss tips that you can follow to lose 30 lbs of fat in your body!

Water! Water is 80 per cent of our body. Replenishing it is the best way to keep your body going. Water cleanses the body and helps wash away the fats and toxins in your system. You have to take at least 8 glasses of water everyday.

Have your last meal for the day earlier. If you sleep at midnight, have dinner at 9:00 pm. Make sure you eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed and call it a day.

Avoid processed food. Processed food is more fattening and less valuable.

Don’t eat between meals, avoiding sugar and carbohydrates. Try to have longer gaps between your meals, if you usually eat 3 hours after each meal. Try eating after 4 hours the next time.

Here are just a few food suggestions on what you can have and not have for this diet plan:

Can have: lean meat, poultry, fish, cheese, yoghurt, eggs, cabbage, sprouts, broccoli mushroom, tomato, fruits, lettuce, cucumber and coffee

Cannot have: bread, pasta, rice, pastry, potato, onion, beetroot, sweet potato, carrots, butter, margarine, condiments, breakfast cereal, milk, processed food, sodas

While in the program, be sure to eat only one protein source for each meal. Try to replace your carbohydrate sources with proteins and green leafy vegetables. Following these weight loss tips will help in faster fat weight loss. Keep in mind too that you want to burn as much fat and sugar in your body. You don’t have a high energy source while in this diet, so it’s best to skip the rough exercises first. This will get you tired and may stop you from doing what you regularly do. Stay with lighter exercises that can still help you burn fats but not lose as much energy to last your day. The possibility is, you may need to eat again if you do heavy exercises.
