How to be Acne Free

So you would consider yourself far from it at the moment, but at some point in the near future, you want to be acne free.  The question is, must this take a long time, or can it be done in a shorter period?  What do I need to do, and how long will the results last? You really need a multi pronged attack to really clean your skin up.

The first step is to attack the root of the problem, which is often the thing which causes the most issues.  This covers things such as hormones, exercise, diet, even down to things like the types of material that your body touches (breathable absorbent materials are much better than not).  So look online to find the foods you need to cut out of your diet, or at least minimize.  Things such as oily and processed foods are best left alone if you can, as they usually stimulate more sebum production on your face.  Nutrition also affects the amount of antioxidants and other good elements in your body.  There are products out there that help to boost these, such as Revitol’s Acnezine.

Excercising, and sleeping regularly help to manage acne, and will limit breakouts.  Both are some of the largest factors as to how stressed you are, so you need to keep this in mind.  Hormones are sometimes related to some or all of these.

It doesn’t need to take a long time to start seeing results.  I have tried a number of different products, and one of the best that I have found is the one made by Revitol.  Another natural product I have found that really helped me was Tea tree oil.  This is a natural skin peeling agent, and to be honest, I don’t know why it worked so well on my skin, but I don’t think I’d ever go back.
